Filled out their quote form online and had a response within hours. Turns out that my job was too small for the company. However I appreciated the quick response and info. Many other companies just would have not responded.

I called to place an order of fill sand for delivery and the lady asked if I was expecting to get this for free. Like… what do you think? So rude and unprofessional. I hung up and called else where.
