Martin Marietta - Beckmann Quarry

Plant General Manager please fire the dispatch supervisor! We have more than 3 weeks with huge trucks lines (more than 40 trucks) during 4-5 hrs a day waiting avergae 45 minutes to load base with only 1 loader operator and nobody in the plant management fix this absurd situation that create a tremendous delay and productivity loss for truckers and the plant... picture shows only a small segment of the real truck line.

safety is good but you don't have a first amendment right working there. Made a joke about using synthetic urine but I have been 6 years clean and it was stated me saying that. They chose to let me go over that. They will tell you one thing in safety training but in the quarry they would rather have you sweep for 12 hours doing nothing while your equipment is being fixed instead of letting you put your 8 hours in and go home with your family.

ppl there r always messing up on tickets sending different companies tickets to another companies jobsite then when you call to fix their error they try to blame the truck drivers so unprofessional don't even apologize for their mistake. I bet if the other company Stark knew their paying for base being sent to a totally different jobsite they wouldn't be so quick to blame the drivers anymore.

Very bad place for trucks drivers slow and slow

This is the worst quarry I’ve ever been to in my life. Horrible! horrible! horrible! If you come here you’re going to have to deal with bs checking in every single time you enter the quarry and 50% of the time it’s a hassle to check in I guess they’re too stingy to fix or purchase a good cb radio. Then you have to deal with with the plants horrible terrible that they never fix. Then you have to deal with the loaders. Today I waited for over an hour just to get loaded.
