Eastside Topsoils

Spoke with Dean and ordered 13 yards of bark. He said someone will call to get payment information.Barbara did call a short while Later and received my payment information. We had agreed on delivery time, all good. Then Barbara called and said she charged the wrong amount even though prices were listed on their website. I was not elated and said then they should update their website, but it did not matter since I had others scheduled before and after them and it would have cost me more money, and we were on a critical schedule. She said she would call me in 10 minutes because she was driving and get my card information to charge me the 'correct' amount and I quote "The delivery schedule does not change". Barbara sent a text instead with the wrong refund amount and said that we are not moving forward with the project. Clearly customer needs do not come first. They corrected the refund.

Ordered Black mulch and gravel from this company..They were quick to get back to me Reliable and delivered on time Thank you Dean

I had planned on overseeding my lawn and had a tight timelime due to rain, aeration and some other factors. When their supplier had equipment break and was unable to provide material Dean nicely drove an hour farther and paid more for material (without passing the cost on to me) to ensure I got quality material on the timeline I needed. Service and product was great. I recommend them.

We needed some drain rock for our yard, and Eastside Topsoil (Dean) makes it so easy with their delivery service! It beats renting a truck and doing it ourselves. Can't recommend Eastside Topsoil more!
