Macera's Decorative Stone

Terrible experience. Have been using them for over 10 years. Had a delivery of loam and mulch today. While delivering loam truck sunk into front yard had to be towed out. Leaving large hole in yard and from spinning tires created hole in driveway. Then just drove away without even offering to help my sixty-six year old husband fill both holes back in. I call owner to voice my complaint and said it’s our problem. I understand accident happened but I would expect some courtesy to customers. Never will use them again.

I had 2 deliveries from Macera's in just over a week. The young woman in the showroom was amazing, very kind and was a huge help as I am extremely color blind. They dropped our first order of stone exactly where I wanted it and the driver was extremely neat with it. They called ahead with an eta. The second order, I called first and I believe it may have been the owner that I spoke to, was very nice and professional. The driver for the second delivery was amazing! He called ahead and dropped the stones in the exact same area with absolute precision. I even spoke with the driver for a minute or two and he spoke highly of Macera and seemed like he enjoyed his job and the people he works with. I would recommend this company to anyone as they have amazing material. I want to thank you all at Macera's for being so amazing and professional. From the women in the showroom to the owner and to the awesome drivers. This was a flawless experience..... that is very hard to find. Thank you Macera for the amazing product that totally enhances the curb appeal of my property and home. I definitely look forward to doing business with you in the near future. Thank you all!

Bought some "red brick" stone like 6 months ago and the color is washing out. Paid $700 for this "decorative" stone and it's not retaining it's color

I’ve been a regular customer of Mascera’s for several years now. I take leaving reviews quite seriously. I do not like leaving negative reviews. We ordered some screened loam and some cedar mulch over the last month. Both were significantly substandard, especially in comparison to the material we’ve received over the last five years. The loam had a lot of rocks in it, it wasn’t rich and dark in color, our seed still hasn’t sprouted. The supposedly highest quality cedar mulch was delivered with a lot of dirt in it, and no significant cedar scent, resembled the free lowest quality mulch you can get from some of the recycling plants. We are terribly disappointed. There is no mistaking good quality cedar, visually, and the cedar scent of good quality material can be pleasantly overwhelming. So I called the company, left a message, to say I couldn’t use the material. In their reply voicemail they stated that it was some of the best material they’ve ever had. No offer to make it right, to replace the material, to make even a partial reimbursement, basically denying our concern. I wasn’t about to call back and argue. I will just go elsewhere.

They should have what you need. Not over priced. Good service. Nice thing is they have small and large pallets of various stones. So you’re not forced to over buy. Highly recommended
