They made time to deliver 4 yards of stone to me during a pretty busy day when I walked in at 1 and they close at 5. The material was much cheaper than I thought it was going to be, but the delivery was $80 and I live less than a mile away. They take wood debris but want $20 an axle where other people want $10 a load. So...

My husband stopped by the Hill Rd. location several times over a two-week period to purchase flagstone with cash in hand. Each time, per the admin, the owner said they still needed to weigh the stones and told my husband to come back again. Super inconvenient, but okay, he kept coming back, because it was exactly the stone we were looking for. They finally called my husband late Friday afternoon, saying they'd weighed the stones. My husband called back and texted with no response. He called again Monday, and they had already sold the stones to someone else that same day they called! We were shocked. We should also note that the owner or manager was in the back of the shop shouting loudly at staff, using every type of swear word you can imagine within earshot of customers. Don't bring your children with you if you come to look at stone. We're very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone because of this experience.
