Wow. Friendly service, knowledgeable of the amount we needed. very kind. We needed several loads of pebbles and sand. I used my personal vehicle just so I didn't have to haul from our driveway to the project site. We are HIGHLY considering using them when we re-do our driveway. We love their products! I wish I had larger bulk orders of wood for smoking meats. I am learning how to smoke with my new offset smoker and they had great options to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend. Great job/local small business!! AND BEST pricing hands down. I did my research, they are very affordable/reasonable.

Extremely happy with my experience with Tri-City Materials LLC. I stopped by to get a good look at the rock for our project and set up an appointment that day for delivery. The employees were very patient with me as I changed my delivery date three times. The Day of delivery went smoothly; Jamie was so professional, kind, and took payment over the phone. I was not home when the rocks came, but were neatly piled on my driveway during the window provided. I would highly recommended this company for anyone doing any landscaping project big or small!

Wow! My delivery looks nothing like the others I see here. My first load was light and my second was full of clay. I've attached pictures, so you can decide if I'm on track or way off base. You can make up your own mind. I would be careful before ordering from them. I wrote a longer review on Yelp, justifying the 2 star rating instead of 1. UPDATE 14AUG2023 I contacted the company as requested. I said that the Load Master should have caught the heavy clay issue, especially since it would have likely required multiple buckets. I was told that the stone on rare occasions is not sufficiently cleaned before leaving the sourcing rock yard. The rep said that they also run the loader and that they agreed with me and would meet with whoever loaded mine to discuss. I got the genuine impression from the rep I talked to that this was an deviation from how they do business and somebody went off script. I received a refund for 1/2 of my order (they did this on their own with no prompting from me), and the process was straight forward and smooth. Based on the consideration I received and swiftness of action, I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Ordered a cord of firewood for delivery because I wanted quality seasoned wood to heat my house. What I got was definitely burnable wood but am displeased with the overall quality. ALL of the wood is covered in dirt, guessing it sat on the ground for the last year and rain splashed mud on it. That won't stop the wood from burning, but leaves a LOT of dirt in my wood box. There were a bunch of scraps when I got to the bottom, far more than I've gotten in past years of having wood delivered to this house. But the biggest annoyance is the blocks of LUMBER included in this load. Not 1 or 2 blocks, but a significant amount, see picture. I took these back to Tri-City and was told, oh, thats normal, its oak, just burn it. I'm not taking a chance on whatever this potentially treated lumber is. Next time I'll take a chance on the Craigslist/Facebook guy that has clean wood that might not be fully seasoned. edit: Had a call from Jaime at Tri-Citys about my review. She apologized for the handling of this incident, and offered to make it right. I returned the blocks and swapped for firewood. I appreciate her reaching out to take care of this. Adjusted my review from 2 to 4 stars. Still not happy with the dirt in the wood but she admitted others have complained about the same thing.

Good for mulch, friendly service but some ot the dirtiest firewood you will find and incredibly hard to burn. I pair two pieces of their firewood with 4 from food lion in order to get a good fire in a solo stove. 2 years later and I have 2 pieces of wood after this to burn off. Their stuff is absolute garbage
