White River Rocks

The products always impress my clients and the staff are extremely helpful. Everything is at a great price point. This is is the only place I like to go when it comes to rocks, flagstone and mulch. Their online delivery system is efficient and they are timely and personable. Grateful for White River Rocks!

I have had two deliveries and have been thrilled with both. The quality of the top soil and rocks is really good. The drivers are super polite and professional. Two thumbs up for sure !

$105 additional delivery cost. Ok so I get someone to wait for the delivery (not cheap). Get done seeing patients and I have missed calls. Call back and they can not deliver today because they tried calling to check if it's a soft surface, they delivered to my place before for the same project, but since I didn't answer the driver already went home. Now I have to get someone for another day to wait for the driver(again not cheap) and not even an offer to refund the delivery fee or anything.

Terrible customer service. Second trip out here will be my last. Refused to give ballpark estimate for a rock my mother wanted for her garden. Said he moves enough rock that he couldn’t give an estimate. After telling me the price per pound and watching him pick it up - my guess was within $2 and I’ve never weighed a rock in my life….
