Very happy with the delivery of 10 cubic yards of loam. Good quality material. Nicely screened. Delivery was done asap after the road posting was lifted. Easy pay options and quick response from the owners/operators. Recommend.

Amazing company to work with!. We ran into some unfortunate issues with our GC and they were so compassionate and kind helping us through the situation! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

My company uses Dirt Direct for all our bulk material. From salt to loam to bark mulch. We have applied thousands of yards of bark mulch over the last 40 years and this is by far the best and most consistent product we have ever used. We had an issue with our last mulch delivery and the owner and employees went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We are extremely happy with the service and products we receive from this locally owned and operated company.

Understandable that it must be a very busy season for this company. Ordered and paid on April 1 and delivery notice for April 19th delivery finally appeared in an email on April 18th. This is after several attempts to reach them by phone and email with no response. Better communication about order status would have made all the difference.

Terrible to attempt to do business with! We were attempting to purchase nearly $6000.00 in mulch. Multiple phone calls and emails left unreturned! 3 day waiting just to get a call back. Another 6 days waiting to get a quote for a job that was just 4.6 miles from their location!!!!! PLUS.....when our calls were not returned we went to their location. There was just a residential house. No yard. No trucks. No Office. NO MULCH! Extremely unprofessional and somewhat sketchy!
