Gem Dirt

This is supposed to be half garden soil half sandy loam to level our yard. I specifically asked to have both in one truck and was told it would mix a little. I said to have the garden soil so that when it is dumped, it will be on top so I can fill my beds first. Not only is the garden soil allegedly on the bottom, this is the worst yard leveling “sandy loam” I’ve ever seen. It’s nothing more than giant clumps of clay. Giant waste of over $400 and now I have an enormous pile of dirt that I cannot use. And customer service basically called us liars. So that’s cool too.

Great place & staff. Cheaper than the big box stores. Great soil for gardens.

Been here twice now. Both times in and out in just a couple minutes after a quick drop by the main office. We grabbed a trailer load of garden mix each time and it's looked good both times! Nice and cheap too, especially compared to buying bags from hd/l. Staff have been friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Great quality product. Friendly and helpful staff. Got the clean sandy loam to level my yard truck driver dropped it off right were I wanted it. Recommend to anyone that needs drit.

Good topsoil Garden dirt is too sandy, not enough organic material.
