Chapman Stone

Inconsistent. I picked up two scoops of trap rock one day and then went back two days later and got two more. There was a huge difference in the amount of rock in the two loads. The first load was only about 2/3 of what the second load was. Never let the owner drive the loader!!

We had the best experience with everyone we spoke to/interacted with here! Bill had answers for all of our questions. I must have called 5 or 6 times with just questions before actually ordering, he was always patient, always thorough and kind and just all around wonderful. When we finally got our order placed, the day came for delivery and unfortunately the weather ruined our plans. We were expecting to call them and ask to reschedule, but they called us before they even “opened” for the day! The gentleman who delivered the materials to us was so nice and took his time emptying the load, making sure it was all out. They made everything so easy. You can’t beat their customer service or their prices!

Ordered sand from them so I can get my pool leveled. Ordered on a Wednesday they said it wouldn't be delivered till the following Monday and then when I called Monday they said Tuesday when I called Tuesday they said Thursday. hope to get it Thursday.

Got 5 scoops of mulch delivered on time and on the tarp! All staff were professional and courteous, including the gentleman answering the phones! Thank you! We'll see you again next year!
