U.S. Silica Company

Well, I'm guessing from the previous comments, some things have changed here. Once I got here, I went to the front office and Robert was the one who took care of taking down my information, confirming my load, and also loaded my truck. He did all that, plus got my paperwork ready to go in about 30 minutes! He was very friendly and easy to carry on a conversation with. I'd gladly come here again!

Not long to get loaded, not hard to back into the little dock, but not easy.

Employees very nice but it seems the company is putting too much on them/also having equipment issues. They canceled my load the night before pick up and shifted it a day. I kept it anyway, they said call to see if load is ready but no one answers. It was open pick up 8-3 so I showed up at 8 am thinking it was supposed to be yesterday so they should have it close to ready…I got out of here at 4 pm. At least 10 other trucks sat for several hours throughout the day.

Got here just before 7am started loading me immediately. Out in a reasonable amount of time.
