The Home Depot

I absolutely love the home Depot. If I have to go to a store like this I would pick it hands down over any other store. When you go in there there's actually people to help you had three people walk up to me and ask me what I needed within 8 minutes of being isn't that store. The other store that people go to you have to yell and it just that goes through the store does anybody work here. They had everything I needed and we're very knowledgeable and cared about their customers. I recently remodeled my bathroom and the light fixtures I got from them which is beautiful. They did not carry them at that other place.

Tried to buy some paint. No one at the paint desk. 4 employees talking within eye sight at the customer service center. I make eye contact with one. Knowing he saw me I patiently wait. Several minutes go by while myself and another customer wait for assistance with paint. Finally I go over and ask if the paint center is open and if anyone could help us get paint. All the employees look at me like I'm the biggest inconvenience of the night. 2 of the 4 employees come over to help. Megan and a giant dude. Neither knew what paint to recommend for my project so I googled it. Home Depot website said 100% acrylic. Megan says they don't sell acrylic but has no other recommendation. I feel frustrated and leave. The end. 2 stars bc they did have the siding that I needed when Lowe's did not.

The delivery service that Home Depot uses is absolutely horrible. They have been to my house 4 times and I still do not have my appliances hooked up. The first time they never even got out of the truck, I sat and watched them take a picture from the truck and say I wasn’t here. Then they scheduled me with two different delivery dates and didn’t show up again. The 3rd time they didn’t have all of the parts. Then the 4th time the installation people installed it wrong, you can’t open the dryer and I was told he didn’t want to change it and that I should’ve have told home before he did it. Common sense would tell you that I need to open the dryer door. I attempted to get help from Hone Depot and was told by Michael that there was nothing he could do. I will definitely not be using Home Depot anymore, Lowe’s it is.

I love all home Depot's. My favorite store ever. It was clean. Staff was helpful. A customer was the best help. He took about 20 minute's to help me figure how much concrete to buy and explained how to do everything I didn't know already. A huge thank you to that guy. Anything I could ever want for almost any project at this store.

Ordered and received an email that my items were ready for pickup. I used the app to let them know I was on my. I used the curbside pickup option and checked in once I arrived. The app said to sit back and relax and an associate would be out shortly. I'm not sure if 40 minutes is shortly but I ended up going inside without an attitude and retrieved my order. If curbside is an option, please be prompt.
