I called just now to inquire about some pricing and it seemed the call was answered but I couldn't hear anyone on the other line. I hung up but figured I would try again shortly. The next thing I know, I received a call back from Mikail asking how he could be of assistance. He was so kind and the transaction was very quick. That customer service deserves 5 stars in my opinion and we are headed to his site to pick up our order :)
