This business now under new management will continue to provide patrons with superior materials, expert advice and a varied product line. I recently got a pu truck load of mulch for less than half the cost of by the bag mulch from the big box stores. The small birds that picked every bit from my empty truck bed and bumper before I could hose it out attest to the all natural not chemically enhanced quality. Thank you Lafayette Materials.

Doug is a nice guy and runs this shop all by himself, so you may have to wait to get loaded sometimes. The phone number is for the main office. This shop has most everything the larger Lafayette Materials on Verot has but calling ahead can help if you need a particular stone or material.

Asked for clay and they offered clay with fill sand, brought over sand with 12% clay in it. Paid $336 for it, guy beat around the bush and told me he would call me back regarding my concerns. Never heard from him again. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
