Now I totally see why this business gets 5 full Stars! Went in to get a tractor scoop of their organic growing soil for our garden this year. I have a truck so that part worked out fine but there's a big 5th Wheel hitch in the back and I didn't want to get dirt and stuff inside of it. A half a scoop worked perfectly from the front of the trailer hitch to the tailgate so they had no problems just saying come back whenever you want and we'll get you your second half scoop. They were totally accommodating. There was no stress over the fact that I paid for a full scoop and they still owed me a half a scoop at some point. When I came back the second day it was effortless to get the second half scoop. All three employees I came in contact with were super polite and it was an absolute pleasure to go there. They will be getting any of all of our money for materials in the future no question about it.

Thin Line Materials has excellent customer service and communication. Even the delivery driver, Big Mike, was kind, funny, and good at what he does. Placing my order was efficient and delivery was quick. Wonderful product quality. I will work with this business again.
