I would like to acknowledge Steven for the customer service that he provided to me. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Sometimes, as a female, unfortunately when I go to places like this, I am sometimes ignored and/or not taken seriously as a customer. Or the salesperson will over explain basic information, assuming that I don't know about development/construction matters. However, I've been a commercial project manager for over 20 yrs and I know more than most people. With that being said, when Steven assisted me, he did not have that attitude and his customer service was outstanding and all was taken care of. Thank you Steven and I wish there were more like you!!!

Initially very good experience. They were knowledgeable, gave samples, returned phone calls and delivered the material on the day promised. Price is high, but I accepted that for the service. Unfortunately they only delivered 2/3 of what I paid for. The material was quoted by their staff at 3000 pounds per yard. On-line calculators also estimate 3000 pounds per yard. I ordered and paid for 3 yards. However, I weighed the material as I moved it. 102 buckets, each bucket weighed 55-60 pounds (average 58). Total weight ~6000 pounds, not the ~9000 pounds I paid for. I called to inquire and the company representative said I could buy more. I pointed out that either the material weighs 2000 pounds per yard, contrary to their own estimates, or they only delivered 2 yards. Obviously it was the latter. Although the first two people I spoke with were unable to fix the problem, the manager (John) contacted me to address the concern. It's unfortunate that I initially got only 2/3 of what I paid for, but I really appreciate that they are willing to fix it.

Worse service ever. I placed my order days in advance and yet they still delivered 2 hours late with the wrong material and expected me to take it. The driver tells me you can use this for whatever you're doing it works the same. "He admitted that the company always does this". They agreed to reimburse then after refunding they charged my card again for a 2nd time without my authorization which is consider fraud. In all my years of business never have i dealt with a company like this. I don't recommend them to anyone. If i could put 0 stars I would.

I have been redoing my whole yard in stages for 4 years. I get all my decorative stone, gravel for paths here. Mulch sometimes too. Awesome neighborhood business with much more interesting, varied rock than Home Depot. Great bulk prices. And thanks Johnny for counting my six small rocks last time as free samples! :)

This place lots of variety. However if you buy more than you need thy charge 25% restocking fee so tht not very convenient. There is no way around it management says! Your basically stuck w the product. It doesn't matter if you buy one bag or one pallet.
