What a great experience! I just had Riverbend Rock and Mulch drop off 10 tons of 3-6" Iowa/Missouri River Rock. I look back from the beginning of meeting their sales rep. (very professional and courteous), walking through the yard with me for 30 minutes, answering all of my questions, and the actual delivery. Everyone along the way treated me that this one-time order was just as important as if I was a contractor always using their service. I went out of my way from Overland Park, KS to Independence, MO, for their excellent service. It was worth the time and money. Thank you!

Spent $500+ on gravel, have had multiple other companies come in the past and “drop spread” gravel before with much better execution. This was a bad experience given the poor spread, bad calculation of gravel based on adequate measurements given and the fact that they pulled a wire down while doing the drop, getting stuck in the driveway themselves given the poor drop and tons of loose gravel. They came back out after multiple calls to help pack it but it was one person raking for 4 minutes till the rain came then they left. I have it all on video and had to call the power and cable companies multiple times and tried working with this company but continued poor communication and execution here is unfortunate. Again we’ve had other companies do the same job for cheaper, better quality work, and not leaving us high and dry like this company. Multiple calls to them and not a serious care about our situation. Hate giving anyone 1 star but want to warn others as this hasn’t been resolved after 3 weeks and 5 plus calls and $500+

I highly recommend Riverbend Rock and Mulch. I was having rock delivered to two different areas and not only did the driver split the load for me but he spread it out as he dumped it. He saved me hours of time and even returned some rock that I didn't use for a refund. I would definitely use them again in the future. The pictures are how the rock looked before I raked it out.
