Stone Quarry

First, the owner and employee are fantastic people! Friendly, customer focused; it is a true pleasure to shop there. My wife is purchasing stones to spread across her flower beds! We have shopped there 15 times over the past two years and always leave happy. Their laid back dog is a plus also as he gets up tail wagging, to greet you and receive a back rub.

We made a purchase of 20 bags of smooth black rocks, paid over $600 . We ended up not needing them. Still in their original bags we tried to return them, they would not do a return. At no time when we were making the purchase did anyone state that sale was final, neither was there anything printed on the receipt concerning returns. When we went back there they pointed out a very small sign on the wall. Be aware all sales are final, but they do not tell you this information at time of purchasing, even if the bags of stones are never opened!

Have bought and had delivered several pallets of natural stone slabs last few years. Incredible product, good prices, excellent value. We always specifically ID what we want - no room for error. Owner/seller is serious guy who OWNS several VA stone quarries. The opposite of a fawning salesman that we like dealing with. GREAT PLACE. Horrible service. Had to search out someone who was sitting in an office rather than helping customers. Once we found him he was rude and insulting of me in front of my wife. There’s a place in Hampton where we can get the same thing Three years later I get a nasty response from Stone Quarry. Three years! Look at the response I got……. I rest my case. Btw, I found exactly what I needed at Lowe’s which is right across the street and has wonderful customer service. So before you go to stone quarry read the response I received from the owner. Apparently this is their culture.

Walked in, received immediate service and assistance. Definitely a great choice for any walkways or landscaping stonework; plenty of options you won't find at Lowes or Home Depot.
