Great outside selection that you can come check out at any time. Since we came during their open hours, a helpful staff member came outside to show us options and send some estimates. It's always nice to support great local businesses like this, especially in these times!

It's understandable that I was upset about receiving a damaged and short pallet of wall toppers. I purchased $5,000 in stone and toppers wall project, and the fact that 6 toppers were cracked was upsetting . It took me a month to build the wall and when I got towards the end of the project is when I realized they were cracked. You also couldn't tell they were cracked by just looking because the all five pallets were wrapped in plastic. Fredrick Brickworks refused to replace them and we of course to finish what I started had to buy an additional $400 work of toppers.

Best people ever. I called and asked for some concrete bolts and the lady that answered was knowledgeable and looking at computer say yes we have them I said I'll ride right over. I get a phone call some minutes later and she said when looking for them she could not find them. Saving me an hour ride customer service at its best I wish I could recall her name but what a wonderful surprise to find a caring employee... thanks

Awesome cleanliness and quick friendly service! The guy on the mulch loader was very precise with his loading too! Very cordial staff inside too! Picked up some mulch and have never had any problems with debris in it or anything other than what it's supposed to be! Excellent condition always!
