I have never been able to get them return phone calls or emails regarding purchase or delivery. They have one of those stupid impersonal automated things if you use the contact email, "Thanks for contacting us, a member will contact you shortly"..... Or never... Never is kinda like shortly, I guess. There are a lot of good building or landscaping suppliers in Fort Wayne, try one of them instead.
