Got My load of topsoil quick! Same day. Looks to be good quality black topsoil just like what i needed. will definitely use them again. A+

Assured me over the phone there was no delivery fee as they claimed they had local distribution sites, then attempted to charge double the material price on delivery as they claimed delivery was coming from Florida. Changed my invoice to include a delivery fee after I paid the initial price.

DO NOT USE!!! Called the company to order a load of driveway rock and was given a service date for delivery. The delivery did not show and there was no communication regarding why. I had to contact the company to ask where my load of rock was. I was then informed they were out of stock but I could have a refund or they could provide a substitute. I accepted a substitute with the caveat that as long as it's driveway rock with fines or clean, don't care, that's fine. The load showed up and was not rock, it was powder. It was the equivalent to Quikrete. Even the truck driver delivering it was like, you don't want to put this on your driveway. I rejected the load and called the company back only to have them argue with me and blame me for ordering the wrong thing. At that point, I requested a refund. He then argued about that. Good news is, I did get my full refund. I also discovered the company blocked my number. THE COMPANY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Seems like a VERY SHADY business with no communication, extremely poor customer service and the fact that a company blocked my number because I called them out on their mistakes is ridiculous. Mind you, I did not get belligerent with them and didn't even raise my voice until he continued to argue with me during the third or fourth phone call I had to make to sort this out, and to continue to blame me for ordering the wrong thing when it was his suggested "substitute"; it was infuriating. The call center person also threatened to charge me additional fees if I cancelled (which they didn't do), even though he offered a refund in the beginning. Bad Company!!! Bad Customer service. DO NOT USE!

Order placed and paid for a week in advance was promised for 8 am August 3- 10 cubic yards crushed concrete 1" - I rented equipment for the day over $900. Called multiple times by 10:30, still no delivery, Cant leave a message. Finally got through to sales person, promised callback by dispatcher. Didn't get callback for 30 minutes, then told me they didn't have the concrete and were sending stone instead. This was to fix my badly eroded dirt road on a steep slope - 5 neighbors took the day off to do the work. The stones that were delivered might as well have been marbles. No amount of compacting could make the stone work. I will be escalating this.
