First time there, many ominous signs at head of driveway, bring your 4 wheel drive, I was pulling a dump bed, two wheel drive couldn't handle it. I was a nuisance, royal pain in new customer fashion, I wasn't strangled, got what I was after, twice. Had doubt, the staff were listening understood my concern, and didn't bat an eye offered I bring it back, we try again. It's a rarity, to find decent people, willing to work with, and not fight tooth and nail,saying not their problem, now. Can't wait to go back, the lady prob hopes I dont. I'm kidding.

Was doing some research on the benefits of owning your own trucks for business transportation purposes and was rudely hungup on. Odd because the company had a nice reputation online I thought they would be more helpful to talk to. Maybe it was just a bad day for the person that answered.

Risk of getting stuck, otherwise very good, loaded quickly. Very friendly staff.
