Excellent service. I am grateful for the helpful customer service. Young women behind desk helped explain differences in rocks and varieties of mulch. They were able to schedule prompt and on time (early) delivery. Both drivers courteous and unloaded in pouring rain. Will return for more landscaping materials. Muy Bueno! Mucho Gracias!

The good: I like their cedar mulch. It interweaves to stay in place when it's windy. Their drivers have also been nice. The bad: When scheduling my delivery I had to repeat myself 2 or 3 times for every prompt (address, phone number, credit card, etc). This isn't typical for me talking to someone on a phone so either the person taking my order wasn't paying attention or i don't know. It was a weird experience having to repeat literally everything I said. The Delivery was 1.5 hrs late. When you give someone a 9-12 window, then show up at 1:30 you are essentially saying you don't care about my business. I called at 12pm to ask what was going on and was told I was next in line without any sort of apology. They said someone would call when they were on their way. Given they were already so late I was running around doing a quick errand. The delivery person shows up without any notice or phone call. So now I need to rush home. Colorado Materials has lost my business. I'll just go back to Pioneer and pay more. At least they know how to take an order, and have shown up in my time window every time in the past.

I had 8 huge rocks/boulders delivered today and Javier was amazing!!! He placed every rock exactly where I wanted along my brand new fence. Which was not an easy task, since one wrong move may have destroyed my fence!! His precision with the forklift and the placement of the rocks was pure talent!!! I have used Colorado Materials before in the past and they are an amazing outfit. They get the job done, they are reasonable, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive!! Thank you Colorado Materials :-)

** UPDATE ** Immediately after posting my review below, I was contacted by Emil, a member of their staff. He offered to remedy the situation and a few hours later I had new rock on my driveway. This new rock was immaculate and exactly what I needed to finish my project. They really value the customer and deliver world-class customer service. I am shocked with how efficient they were. 5 stars across the board! Thank you Colorado Materials, Inc. You have a customer for life. -------------------------------------------------- Great staff, great pricing, great service and delivery. I've ordered from them multiple times and can't say anything better. The only downside is to prepare to manually rake or sift rocks from rock dust. Out of 10 tons I probably have 1 ton of solid dust. Last order of 5 tons had a bunch too. Not sure if this is normal or I just got unlucky and got the bottom of the barrel both times. See pics!
