Absolutely, the worst customer service. Not only did they get my order wrong. They dropped gravel in my customers neighbors drive! No accountability, on their part. Paid for delivery and they wouldn't refund me my money. Sales associate Doug called threatening and swearing at me. I've yet to received any receipt for past sale with Sales Associate Doug or receipt for the sale order. No emailed one like I was told. Pretty sure my money was pocketed. The sale # I was told to "call in" is non-existent. They decided to cut ties and told me to find my product elsewhere. I asked for the Manager and they said they don't have one. Highly unprofessional and just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place isn't what it use to be.

These guys are most helpful! Quick turn around on products (no pun intended). They know the landscaping and have new products every year with a nice outdoor showroom that is worth a visit.

I would never buy bulk materials from them again. We ordered 10000 pounds of colored river rock which was covered in mud and mulch. I questionedthe driver who said they had been getting muddy rock which did not explain the hundred pounds of mulchin the product. It took many extra hours of power spraying the rock before it could be used.

I needed straw matting for grass seeding project. Very helpful on phone. I stopped by office placed my order and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.
