Came here to get a big truck load of red mulch. The employees were on top of their game. They got us in and out in no time. Highly recommend Tracy's if you are in the want for all your landscaping needs.

I needed rock delivery paid for it a week in advance. Looks like I may have given them the wrong date initially I’ll own that as that is possible I did do that. I called the day before delivery as requested by them and when we discovered the wrong date I asked can you bring me the first load that evening. She has told me no but they could bring it 730-830 the next morning I said that would be fine thanks my mistake. She then said on the second load if you need that same amount give us a call we will get that right out to you. I had called at 930 am spoke to a guy that was the manager or owner and said we will need that second full load. With an attitude he says well I can bring it out late this afternoon or maybe even tomorrow. I told him we had rented equipment only tell 1pm and needed the rock. Raising his voice and having an attitude he tried to go back to the miscommunication on the deliver date although they brag and advertise same day deliver he couldn’t give me a time late day or tomorrow. I told him what his employee told me when we worked out a new deal and if they couldn’t do it I would have to make other arrangements she told me we were good to go. Then with more attitude he said I schedule the tri axel she don’t, I have the power to do that. I told him then the deal should not have been made and that he needs to talk to her about that. He said she is off I do that you want to pay for the next load or not and get it late afternoon or tomorrow. I couldn’t do it or would be out 1500 dollars. Thank goodness I found a nice company that got the rock out to us when we needed it with no problems. This owner or manager was very unprofessional and didn’t care anything about customers. He just wanted to be right. I owned my mistake he sure didn’t want to own theirs. Be cautious real nice when your giving money but issues arrive you are on your own. I guess 2,200 dollars is chump change to them.

We ordered several landscaping materials from Tracy’s. Last Friday I ordered some gravel and I told them I needed it by Saturday. Their staff who assisted me (Ms. Robin) was very kind and helpful. She was able to schedule my delivery that afternoon with no extra charge. The delivery guy (Jorge) was very nice too and he even helped me put the tarp on the gravel even when it was raining. Great service, highly recommended!

I called and got a quote for 1 yard of stones. Was told the delivery charge was $65. When the stone was delivered the receipt showed $75 delivery charge and a $10 fuel surcharge. I called and was told they would credit the extra $10 for the delivery charge as I fell within the 65-75 range based on my address but they would not credit the $10 fuel surcharge even though I wasn’t informed about it. I guess $10 means more to them than having repeat customers as I have purchased from them before but will no longer. In response to your reply, it’s the fact that I was never told about the $10 surcharge when I called to get a quote or when I placed the order.

Worst mulch ever purchased and miserable customer service (zero stars is more accurate). My mulch spreader took a chance on purchasing mulch from this outfit the other day, their so called "premium" dark hardwood mulch. The entire load was laden with golf ball or larger size chunks which are now hard as a rock and all beds now need to be raked out. Upon speaking to a representative, all he offered was "we tell the contractor to inspect the load and only buy it if they want it..." in other words, buyer beware. I get it that bad loads of mulch happen from time to time due to weather, rain, etc. But the fact that these guys won't stand behind their product when they sell a bad load reeks in this day and age of bad business practice. Hopefully, the rep on the phone does not represent the policy of the entire company. If he does, buyer beware...
