Concrete was added to my backyard and the person who was contracted to do my backyard communicated that the finish touch is adding the Gem-Seal Brickform Sealer and recommended this location. I went ahead and entered the facility and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The Gem-Seal 5 Gal Brickform Sealer was $295.89. Highly recommend.

I recently bought 2 yards of rock and had delivered and wasn’t enough so I picked up a 1/2 yard in my truck and laid all down in flower bed. They didn’t match so I called. The manager and foreman came out quickly to see why they weren’t matching. They fixed the problem quickly. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I just wish they put the prices so I wouldn’t have to ask and then forgetting about it and then having to re ask back again.

Terrible Return Policy and Untrustworthy Practices. I had very dissapointing experience with this store and their return policy. They will go to great lengths to hold onto your money, even after agreeing on specific terms, such as purchesing samples. Here are some issues I encountered: Restocking Fees: They chgarged restocking fees (for samples of stape stone even after I bought from them for over $5000) Pallet Charges: They charged for pallets, and when I return them, they claimed the pallets weren't theirs (find record in their camera that the pallets were from them). Refund issues: Instead of refund me, they charged my card again and never apologized for this mistake. Additionally, the refund I eventually received was less than what I paid due to a tranzaction fee, charged as "discount". And this was entirely their error. Overall, once they have your money, it feels like you're no longer a valued customer. They do not prioritize customer satisfaction, and their practices seem designed to keep your money.
