We bought a Fraiser Fir from them on Friday. We’ve been going to them for the last few years to get a Christmas Tree. The “fresh cut” they gave it was a little too fresh. They cut the ENTIRE STUMP off. We can’t even get the tree in our stand. We’ve tried tying it, putting rocks at the bottom, etc. We may not even be able to decorate it. Definitely NOT worth $90. Never going back.

Taking advantage of good weather,a phone call to Top Notch resulted in 4 tons of topsoil being delivered IN A HALF HOUR!!! I was able to relevel my lot,AND NOW READY TO RE SEEDED.For a " Do it yourselfer" ,the pricing was surprisingly reasonable. BUY LOCAL from a hardworking young man,and his courteous staff. THEY ARE WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE, TOP KNOTCH. THANK YOU CHRIS & DEA! I WILL GO NO WHERE ELSE!

We went for a Christmas tree 15 til close, close is at 8. Staff walked right past us and eventually after no one answering the door, we left to find out the staff was waiting for us at the gate for us to leave. We still had time before 8 so we asked if we could buy a tree and they said no we're closed. I called the next day and the most they said was maybe we'll change the close to 730. Horrible customer service on every end. Won't be buying a tree from there.

Hired them for new landscaping late season 2018. Seven ornamental grass plants were planted already cut back for winter. They never grew in spring 2019. They promised to replace the plants and never did, even after I followed up with them over the following 6 weeks and being told the plants were ordered. Finally gave up. Terrible customer care.

Called several times over the last 3 monts to have trees planted. Was told I would get a call back each time. Still no call back.
