I was very surprised at how they sounded so nice on the phone. We called to order some gravel for our driveway they sounded so nice and they offered us a great price. But number one never underestimate the power of the little guy because the little guy that is us that you never want to ignore because they can get you good business and that's exactly what this company did they ignored the little guy which was us.they kept putting us off and putting us off and telling us that their truck was broke down this little game of not delivering our gravel with lies and things went on for over almost 2 months okay and I can understand your truck being broke down but when you own a company like that you don't leave your truck broke down for 2 weeks and then tell your people that you're trying to get it fixed and then never show up or never call them back and that's exactly what we ran into they absolutely never called back they never rescheduled to deliver the rock to our driveway which was very sad because we would have given them a bonus like we did the other company that did deliver our Rock when they said they would on time and did a great job.WATCH OUT FOR COMPANIES LIKE THIS THAT ABSOLUTELY DONOT RESPECT THE LITTLE GUY LIKE THIS COMPANY.ALL BUSINESS SHOULD MATTER....

Great selection of hardscape materials.. always very helpful and informative. They also have quality dog food and feed at great prices !

Recently purchased 10.5 ton of stone from Cozy. First 8 ton was great. Delivery guy was very nice and on time. Had to wait for them to get their smaller truck running to get the next 2.5 ton. Delivery guy was on time and very nice. The problem was that the 2.5 ton delivery had excessive sand in the load. Feel like I was shorted on stone. We called the office, the guy couldn't do anything but assured us he would contact the owner and to expect a call. Still waiting on that call. Could improve on customer service.

Great service I was so happy to find this place. It has exactly what I wanted. They delivered it, placed it where I wanted. My driveway is narrow usually I direct the driver. He was able to back in without any assistance. Arrived on time, I also had them deliver to a clients house. The same great service, thanks guys you brought back exceptional customer service.

I used to come in to buy several bags of dog food at a time, despite Cozy being a few dollars more than other supply stores. However, they apparently recently raised the price to over $10 MORE a bag! The cashier acted indifferent when I shared my concern of the price surge. Definitely not comparable to the other feed stores around. I will drive a few extra miles now to other feed/supply stores and despite that, will still save money going elsewhere.
