Walmart Supercenter

I placed an order for curbside pick up and when I arrive to the pick up area and checked in, I waited over an hour for an associate to come bring me my order. This is completely unprofessional and it is a shame that Walmart does not have a sufficient enough amount of employees to bring out orders to customers who are getting off of work. As a billion dollar company you really need to invest in ensuring that things are running timely and smoothly for customers who come to spend money at your company.

Forcing everyone to self checkout which causes massive lines. Also noone answers the phones.. well done WalMart .. bravo And to top it off. Holidays days away. No registers open but 1 and customer service is closed at 8pm. Bravo Walmart.. great idea Update. Roof leaks . Never fixed been months maybe even a year.. maybe put some of that facial recognition money aside and fix the roof? Also half the stores self checkout is being used to coral everyone like sheep into the one end of the self checkout lanes and leaving the other end closed .real smart.. everyone has to wait even longer now to check out.. They decided to close the 2nd entrance.. genius.. who's idea was this.. should be fired. You have some people with like 2 items and they have to wait a concert line to pay while there's only 1 or 2 registers open thruout the entire store on top of having half the self checkout registers closed intentionally from what I was told. So everyone's frozen goods can melt. Good one

Why do you pay for phone service when you never answer a call? I ordered a grocery delivery on Saturday afternoon, that was to arrive between 7pm and 9pm. Here it is on Sunday, and my order keeps getting pushed back another 2 hours from the latest re-scheduled time. Last night, you sent a message the delivery would arrive by 8am. It is now 11:30am on Sunday, Mother's Day.

I came to my neighborhood Walmart out of convenience. I do not walk into any Walmart with high standards knowing how this chain is. With that said, as I’m checking myself out, I come across a men’s sweater I picked up that did not have a scan tag. I called over the “worker” standing in the check out area, and after looking all over the shirt (I had already told her there was nothing on it), she proceeds to tell me “Yea there is no tag on it”, then it turns into a long awkward pause. So I ask “OK so how do we get one?” She says I would have to go back and find another sweater with a tag, myself (and proceeds to point to the back of the store 😅). So what are these workers for? What is their purpose if they are completely useless. I chose to cancel my entire order that was already at $171 because why pay so much if I’m the one working when I come to shop? Do better, Walmart. $171 may not be much to your multi-billion dollar corporation, but you just made my decision to avoid Walmart at all costs very easy. Terrible customer service and processes.

Polite staff,friendly and helpful.I went in to grab a 2-burner gas stove for a cylinder I had just purchased at the Home Depot. The supervisor sprung into action,noted that there was only one in stock,she accompanied me to the location and identified the product with precision. There were lots of people in the store and she displayed great attitude and dedication to service and customer service in the holiday season,this was service with a smile. I was another satisfied customer.
