I was pleased with the workers at Keystone yesterday. A good friend lost her dogs and i stopped and asked if anyone saw them near their facility. I left my name and number with them. A few hours later, someone spotted the dog and they called me and gave us a sighting and HOPE to finding the dogs. Because of their compassion and love of of animals, we now have a area to search for the dogs. i want to thank them for there help. The workers are wonderful caring people. I would recommend using them, I also have used there product and it meets the same care in production. Thanks again.

When my dogs escaped the yard and went missing they spotted one of them walking past their building. They immediately contacted the number they had been given by my friend. When we arrived they showed us where she had been seen and directed me how to get back into the field where she was seen. They then allowed a trap to be set in an effort to catch her. They were so kind and helpful. They will have my business whenever I need this type of material. Both of my girls are home now thanks to this sighting given us a search area.

As a non-mason making my first visit I found the service to be good and helpful. Other reviewers commented on rudeness, I don’t know what their experiences were but my experience was good. I do see a lot of great stone products in their yard but wonder how a novice would know what they have as I don’t think you can browse around back there.

The customer service is good. But the listening skills in the yard are totally another thing. I repeated 3rd how to load my truck. The 3rd time was needed after my ladder rack was almost torn off. He lifted my dual cab long bed in the air! Ugh. Speak slowly and clearly.
