Terrible experience. Rob sold me a decking color that has been discontinued, took a week to realize his mistake, then sold me a color that hasn’t gone into production yet. Somehow, Rob didn't realize the color hadn’t gone into production until the day of delivery, when I called to see why no decking arrived. At this point I went to the store in person, spoke with a manager, and switched to a third color that he assured me was in stock. They guaranteed me an AM delivery the following day, and once again, no decking arrived, even though they told me they were loading the truck on three separate occasions throughout the day. I lost over $1200 in labor fees for the team I had on site ready to build the deck both days delivery was guaranteed and didn’t get so much as an apology from Rob or his manager. If you need composite decking, Hellman Lumber and Pilot Lumber are both much better options than Kelly. If they make mistakes, they’ll communicate with you so you’re not eating time and money wondering where your delivery is.

If you are remodeling or building new you are making a big investment in the assets column. These pros know how to target features and benefits to your quality and cost goals. They really know their stuff and the communication is terrific. I want them on my team.

It’s been almost three weeks of me reaching out over and over and over just to have someone out to finalize measurements on my entry door. I couldn’t attempt any hard to hand these men my $10,000 other than walking it into the store myself and handing it to them. They just don’t seem to want it. Every step I’ve been told Jim will call with silence even after I attempted a call and text myself. Warren also said he would help and call me back, again radio silence. Ray called finally saying he’d give me some new options and send me an email…no email until we had to call again just to get an email that said “Jim will call shortly.” I shouldn’t have to call a company 8 times and not be one step closer to a resolution. Don’t waste your time.

We went to Kelly Brothers as our contractor doing our master bathroom remodel recommended them. Jenny was the designer that worked with us and she was extremely helpful. She guided us in our selection of a quartz vanity top that would compliment our new shower and floor tile. She was terrific to work with. Work with Jenny if you can!
