Masonry Depot is a throwback to value and customer service. Knowledgeable people you can talk to. They carry a top notch, extensive product line and they’re extremely fair. I ordered about 5 pallets of materials for delivery. It was a side walk delivery but we really couldn't leave it on the side walk. Adam the driver was here on time and greeted me with a smile at 7:30am. Adam then went out of his way to bring all 5 pallet on the campus for us. Adam your the Best THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Went to masonry Depot this morning to look for stone for my patio. I arrived at 11:45 just to take a look at what they had and was told they were closed. Even though they advertised 12:00. The employees were quite rude and responded with a" big deal!" When I told him it took us 20 minutes to get there. Wouldn't shop here again. Went to SMS on sawmill River Road and couldn't have had the opposite. Of what I got here. They were helpful, polite, and very professional. I found what I wanted so they will make the money

I purchased a relatively large order of limestone wall caps from them recently for use on a wheelchair ramp in from of my home. Other vendors in my area (The Bronx) either didn't have the required dimensions or didn't deliver for fear "the stones would break". The staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. They had the material I needed (pre-cut) and they delivered. And finally, to my chagrin, they turned out to be less expensive! I am very happy with their service.
