Do not waste your time with the Auburn,Al location. I placed my order for lightweight concrete well in advance (over a week )and had a confirmed delivery date and time Wednesday Nov. 1st , 2023 at 8 AM. I had a line pump company ($1,000 for their services btw)on site at 7 am and 7 Concrete Finishers ready to go. Then Argos pulls a NO SHOW. I called dispatch and talked to Juan who failed to communicate they could not make it. When I asked him why he said “just had a lot going on”. Wow. Called back asking to speak with a Manager who of course wasn’t in. Left message. No return call . Not surprised. Ended well though as I called USA Concrete and they were thankfully able to deliver the Concrete later that morning and Save the Day! 1st and last call to Argos.

They emptied the extra concrete at the end of my driveway and splattered my new $400 online that is about 8 feet in the air and I have been asking them for three months now for reimbursement to have a new one made it is my business signand I have tried to clean it but it only scratches the vinyl the concrete spatters did not come off. They came and looked at it and assured me it would be taken care of and now they will call me back. Not happy.

I personally watched a great subcontractor get extorted by the dispatcher for this plant. The guy asked for the sub to Venmo $500 and buy gift cards to fulfill an already paid for order. I was the inspector for the project, and watched what unfolded throughout the day. Absolutely awful way to conduct business!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.. I was warned about them always being late, and tried them anyway... once I pre paid them for the order, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone... EVERY TIME you call, you only get voice mail.. And they never showed up, or called me back to say they were running late or not coming... Terrible service, and communication is even worse.... Save your time and the headaches, call someone else.. I Ended up placing order with another company, just like you will. Their reviews are low for a reason...

Thank for not cleaning your trucks and letting your dry concrete hit cars going down the interstate. Get some class and work ethics. Answer the phone and own it like a rebatial business would. Thank for being a p.o.s. business in the community.
