Went twice to decide on pacers for two large patios for a new home. No one is willing to assist you other than pointing you where to go look. We decided on our pavers and now those are not in stock after 4 weeks of waiting. Horrible service and no empathy for customers. Going to another vendor for our needs

They have a knack to make fun of visitors at this location and frankly it rubbed me the wrong way. I do not want to purchase or do business with anyone who will make fun of the nice UPS drivers who delivered THEIR packages to them. I know regard to any other race, ethnicity, skin tone, dress and any other difference other than male/white/elderly is frowned upon in the whole of central Oregon but come on this is so childish and I will never step step foot in this facility again.

The nicest showroom I’ve seen in Bend by far! Friendly staff was very helpful yet not intrusive. Definitely going back.

We needed pavers for an entry/patio and stones for retaining walls for a moderately large home project. We visited several local suppliers and settled on Mutual Materials because of how helpful and knowledgeable they were and the quality and appearance of the materials we chose.
