R AND D LANDSCAPING PINE STRAW AND MULCH LLC

I went to the business on Saturday May 18th to arrange delivery for yard of gravel on Friday May 24th, they didn't show. I texted them and inquired about the no show and he said he would deliver again by May 31st. Another no show and no communication from them. I have the text messages where he said he would deliver. I've wasted 2 weekends waiting for a delivery that never arrived and now I have to arrange for someone else to deliver and tie up a 3rd weekend to finish the project. I would strongly recommend not using this business, they do not stick to their word and they don't communicate. I wish I could give them a zero star rating.

I wish they had a zero because this place doesn’t even deserve a one! Been buy twice to buy mulch. Once no one was there, yesterday a girl was in a truck on her phone and said she worked there and would assist me. Waited about 10 minutes by my truck before I decided to leave! She opened her truck door to get out as I was driving off to another place to get mulch! Will never go back, don’t waste your time going here, go elsewhere!!

Asked online for quote. Never received an answer. They showed up unannounced and installed the pine straw. Did not hire them and they did a terrible job. Called owner several times. Owner never responded and sent the same crew again. Owner sent a second crew who still did not do a good repair. Owner cheated me by not contracting with me for price. I paid him $460 and have asked for labor refund only of $210. He still has not responded to me. He just informed me that he doesn't care, because he got his money! I believe the other reviews were probably written by him.

Same issues as the rest of the reviews, I called and no one answered but got a text and scheduled for delivery, was quoted a price, gave him my information and then once the scheduled time arrived no one ever showed up or called. I tried calling and texting with no response. Somehow this is the second person who’s done this from two separate companies

The owners Randi and Iggy have been absolutely AMAZING and so extremely polite and helpful. This company (R and D Landscaping along with the second landscape site they have at 3107 Augusta Road in West Columbia called Wiley's All Landscape and Supply are on point and ill never choose another company again! They are extremely hard workers and all around good people
