Big Earth Landscape Supply

Purchased 4 yards of Gravel Slate Chips online. I already knew it was going to be back ordered because I visited the store first. I received a phone call notifying me it was back ordered the next business day and wanted to verify if I still wanted to wait til the new load came in. I agreed and received an estimated arrival time. They notified me when the gravel was in and set a date/ time for delivery. After washing out the gravel it shined and looks great in my back yard. 5 stars for communication 5 stars for quality 5 stars for delivery 5 stars for reasonably priced

Visited twice so far, each time greeted by the friendly and helpful manager, Tyler. First time to check it out as I was in the area. Second time to pick up an order of melaleuca flora mulch I'd placed the first time. Fair prices, courteous workers, love the big foot freebies :) Check it out!

Bought 5 yards of 1/2 Command Top Soil and 1/2 Standard Top Soil. Tyler was great about helping me double check my math and quickly got me checked out and scheduled for delivery. I ended up needing to change the delivery day last minute and they were happy to do so. On delivery, the driver helped me get the tarp laid out and quickly got the soil dropped, without damaging my pavers with his truck. The soil was great quality. Yes, there was bits of wood mulch in it but that’s to be expected with any soil you’ll ever buy. The amount in Big Earth’s soil was leaps and bounds less than what you’ll find in Big Box store bagged soil though! And it was only small pieces of wood and natural debris, none of the plastic or glass you’d find in bagged soil. I used a peat moss spreader to roll it out, which caught a lot of the extra debris for me. I ended up having a bit extra which is what I told Tyler I wanted so I could do a second layer in some bad spots. It was perfect! I went back a couple of days later to see if they had any Zoysia sod plugs as well. They’re usually impossible to find and are extremely expensive, but they had them for a very reasonable price. Tyler showed me the last couple they had but he pointed out that they were a bit dry and he’d be happy to order me some fresh ones. A few days later, 2 beautiful green trays were waiting for me and they happily put them in my car for me and had me out of there in 5 mins. Overall a great experience, great help from the Big Earth team, and I’ll absolutely be using them in the future for any soil, sand, or sod I need!

My experience with this company has not been the best. Been waiting for months for White Marble Rock and it finally came in and we placed an order and had it delivered. { We are not holding the wait against them} IT was super white and looked great, however after the first rain i got this below took off all the dust. You can understand all the yards that were hauled into my backyard to see this as the end result. First picture is what i ordered from their website, the rest is what i got. If you look at my pictures, you will see a bunch of different color stone. They should advertise the real product they are selling unlike what is on their website. After speaking to Matt which is the owner i believe, he told me to wait till they got more and then after it was shrugged off since a week and a half has passed by. So now i am stuck after paying for 5 yards of White Marble Rock that is a mix of whatever this is. They offered for me to bring it back but who wants to try to load 5 yards alone and find a way to bring that back. So still not a possible solution to this problem.

Great place to get your dirt from. Ordered online called and called afterwards confirming time frame. They were beyond responsive and had great communication. Needed another delivery of dirt because I miscalculated. They were able to get another truck of dirt there on time while my bobcat was still there. This place is amazing. Also they have worm castings!
