F & S Dirt

We had some Crush N Run delivered to our office in hopes of seeing how much more we would need to complete our space. We order a delivery and spread specifically. When they arrived, there was no Skid Steer. I called and spoke with Tera, and she stated for the load size there wouldn't be one, which was not what I requested. So, they proceed with just the truck spread, and it was not ideal, not even close to acceptable. I called Tera back to explain my disposition and that I wasn't pleased. She was very nonchalant with my concerns and did not offer a solution to help both parties. But merely responded with the cost of the Skid Steer. I spoke to both drivers that dropped loads and all I received from them was a sorry it looks bad. They didn't have shovels or anything to at least attempt to spread the gravel. I'm dissatisfied with the service we were provided. I hope their representation to smaller customers doesn't reflect the experience I had.

I ordered top soil and 1 and a half inch gravel for my new driveway/yard project. The top soil is very high quality for my Bermuda Grass Seed and the gravel is the perfect addition for my project. I will be using them in the future for the rest of my projects.

Edit to this post the following day I did receive 2 phone calls one was from the daughter & one from the lady (Terra) that I spoke with yesterday i wasn't able to answer her call but she did leave me a voicemail saying she apologized for the way things went yesterday on the phone, I called the daughter back and she was very apologetic about the whole thing, come to find out her mother was dealing with a family emergency and hadn't been in the office so she had no idea what was going on with my delivery, we talked for several minutes to make a long story short I will give them a call again when I am ready for the dirt ,my days off aren't always so easy to schedule around or I would have already placed an order, I will update this review at that time. I added a star 🌟🌟 because they did contact me about the way things happened and to me that was a big plus that shows me they do care about there business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! If I could give this place a negative star I would, I called ( yesterday)and scheduled a delivery for today by 4pm, I was told I would get a call when the driver was loaded and headed my way well at 4:30 I called and was told the driver got tied up and it would be tomorrow before they could get to me , I said a courtesy call would have been nice letting me know that the driver was tied up and couldn't make it,( i had a crew at my house that i had to pay for nothing they were here to spread the dirt i didn't get) i was told i wasn't the only customer they had I DIDN'T EVEN GET A WE'RE SORRY OR ANYTHING ,TERRA ( the lady I spoke with ) COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ME JUST SAID IF WE CAN HELP YOU ANOTHER TIME JUST LET US KNOW IF NOT OK , WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ME, JUST A QUICK CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE LETTING ME KNOW I GUESS THAT'S TO MUCH TO ASK FOR.

Edit: Owner called today and was very helpful in getting our order to us this afternoon. Great looking soil, and nice delivery driver. Despite the mixup in delivery I would recommend based on their willingness to rectify the issue. Thanks! We called last week to order garden dirt to be delivered for this week and our address was "put on the schedule". It's already Thursday and still no dirt.

I had a delivery of garden soil. Initially I thought the load was short 1.5 yds. I discussed this with the owner and agreed the variance in load size is greatly determined by moisture content and trucks are legally limited by weight restrictions. The owner reached out to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. They have high quality products, the best prices and committed customer service. I Will use them again.
