Short version: They're super unreliable and dodgy, they might scam you. Long version: I purchased sand and flagstone to build a patio at my house. At first, they were super helpful and accommodating. I thought selection and price were good, and they were friendly. I took half the flagstone home, because it was all my truck could hold, and laid out the patio. In doing so, I realized I had purchased twice as much as I needed. I went back for the second half of the flagstone and told them I would take it if I couldn't get a refund, but I would rather refund it. They said it was no problem to refund, since I had never taken it home, so they reweighed it, gave me a new receipt and said the money would be returned in 10 days. This was 33 days ago, 5 unanswered phone calls, 3 voicemails I have left, and 1 in-person visit ago. When I went in person, about two weeks after not hearing anything or receiving the refund, the employee told me that all the employees had been "sick or at jury duty" but the refund would start when his boss returned the next day. It has been a huge headache, I would go anywhere else.

The person who helped us was great. After we picked which pallet of flagstone we wanted, he was quick to get it and get it loaded up! I am coming back very soon to continue my backyard transformation!

We just used Stone Gardens to order rock for a backyard project at our home in Rogers and I just wanted to say that we were simply delighted by the service and product we received. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. We were able to amend (and add to) an order the same day and it was not an issue. Angie and Jamie were wonderful to deal with on the phone and our driver (Scott) was great as well. Aside from the service, the product was in good shape, too. Sometimes when you order a lot of stone like we did you find lots of "extras" like wood or metal scraps, but not the two loads we ordered - they were very clean. A+ to this local, family-owned business!. If we ever need material in bulk like we did for this project, we'll order from here without a doubt.

Buyer beware! My landscaper paid for 3-inch chocolate landscape stone but received 80% 1-inch stone in the load. When I went to inquire, I was told they do not carry 3-inch stone. However, their display of their various rock/stone includes the option for 3-inch stone. Needless to say, there was no attempt to ‘make it right’. So, we are out the cost of the load we purchased, and will be buying the 3-inch landscape stone from a reputable landscape retailer.

Fantastic service and with beautiful rocks to boot!! Everyone was very friendly and tried to help me as best as they could (despite my overbearing needs). Compared to the other stores around here this is definitely the place for any landscaping materials. Recommending this place to everyone!!
