Rockydale - Roanoke Quarry

I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. They have no respect for the motoring public. One of their trucks did damage to my wife's vehicle and refuse to take responsibility for the damage caused when clearly photos and video show they're responsible. These people could've caused a serious accident injuring my wife and grand daughter as well as other innocent people due to driver neglect not making sure all loose debris was cleared before going onto the highway. Safety should be their priority but clearly their actions show different.

Absolutely awful experience. Alice is snide and lies about order status. Called in a credit card for 12 tons of dirt. I was told 30min; I would have dirt delivered and a receipt emailed. More than an hour later no dirt and no receipt. Their truck "got lost" but they would have dirt to me in 15min and then Alice hangs up on me while asking about my receipt. I call back and ask nicely about my receipt and Alice snaps "I have to have the truck on the scale before I can charge you." Which means that A) the truck didn't get lost, it just never left otherwise I would have been charged already. B) The organization is untrustworthy. I would have called another vendor if the wait for dirt was going to be over an hour so they lied to get my credit card number and then didn't deliver. Very unethical. Use Mulch & More down the road.

Have gotten loads delivered and used my own truck numerous times. Great to deal. I knew nothing starting off and they helped me understand what I needed for the different type of projects.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I work 8 to 5 M-F and need to get stone. The only time I have available is the weekend. Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday. So, no service is worth no stars.

I have called Rockdale Quarries 3 times and was told I would get call from staff to help me decide what type of stone I needed. Never received call back. I’m not sure this is the correct way to do business. I will look elsewhere for better services.
