NO LONGER SELLS FOR PICKUP but the website doesn't indicate that change, that I can see. Last year, I tried to phone them and they never answered the phone, so I just drove down today without trying to call. And was told, nope, they could deliver though. It is a heck of a lot easier to shovel out of a truck and into a wheel barrow than up off the ground, so that's not going to work. TNT had a cheaper price anyhow, but it's rather rude to not change the website. How hard is adding "Now Selling by Delivery Only" to the top of the mulch page?

I drove to this business to get 5 yards of pine bark mulch. I get there the office was locked so I called and the rude triple rude receptionist said oh we don't sell mulch anymore. I replied that it says nothing on their website that they don't sell it anymore. . She replied that's the way it is now .Needless to say I won't be purchasing business from them anymore after all these years that I have.

If I could give these guys zero stars, I totally would. We purchased multiple times from them and first few times the experience was sort of ok. The last time we ordered a load of cypress mulch from them, a whole truckload with delivery. The driver bought pine mulch, and it was such lousy quality we couldn’t use it in landscaping around the house. He dumped it in front of our house and when we raised a concern that this wasn’t cypress mulch, he tried to tell us that it was and we couldn’t return it now and get our money back since he already dumped it. I called their main office many times explaining situation and was told by the store manager that I “could burn it for all he cared” but I won’t get my money back. He was extremely rude when we spoke on the phone. Corporate office never called back, even though I’ve left multiple messages with them, even with the owners of the company. They’ve scammed us out of more than $800 and we won’t be ordering from them again. I would highly recommend you stay away from them and find a different place for your mulch needs.

Ordered 10 cu. yards of pine bark online this past weekend, they called and informed me on Tuesday that it would be delivered Thursday between 10:00 am - 11:00 am and it was delivered on time today.

I say on your website that I could pick up or have potting soil delivered. Just to be sure, before I drive from McIntosh to north Gainesville, I called and was told I could not pick up . The rules had changed. But they didn't have time to change the website. Not away to do business. It really hurt to see false advertising. So please take a minute and delete your website or correct it.
