Fra-Dor Landscape Supply

I use Fra-Dor frequently to buy materials for my business. They run an efficient, clean, spacious yard with a pretty good range of mulch and rock products. Loaders are usually friendly and long-tempered, and the prices are some of the lowest. I’ve also used them to dump small amounts of concrete and brick, which is convenient when you don’t have an account at a crusher.

I will be using Frador for all my future landscape supply needs. I was able to order online and get an order of black dirt delivered within a couple days. (Probably could've been next day if it wasn't such a busy time of year for landscaping) I used the pin-drop on the websites map when ordering to let the driver know where I wanted my material. They texted me when they were loading up materials and headed my way. The delivery driver dropped the materials right where I wanted and I didn't even have to leave the house. They also texted me to confirm the materials were dropped off afterwards. They make the process of ordering bulk material very easy!

FRUSTERATING EXPERIENCE. The dirt delivery truck didn't completely lower the dump tailgate before exiting my driveway and snagged the telephone wires in front of my house. At first the driver and office staff was very apologetic and I wasn't concerned as long as Fra-Dor resolved the problem and brought the wires back to their original condition. The wires need to be redone from pole to pole not just zip tied. After more than 4 months, I still have wires that look pathetic in front of my house. Four different service people have come out to my house only to pass the buck to someone else. Xfinity is a joke to work with and Fra-Dor says that they are no longer responsible and will not help. I paid good money for the dirt and the drivers mistake has me wasting my time trying to deal with call centers in the Philippines.

Nice people, great dirt. Patrick was very kind at delivery and allowed me a moment to clear his path to get the product where we wanted. Very kind, will be back for more in the future.

Got our garden dirt from Fra-Dor a couple years back, our garden has been thriving since. My husband went back today for more garden dirt to top off our raised beds, and saw our neighbor there he referred 🙃 we also ordered 10 yards of dirt for delivery to build a berm in our front yard - delivery couldn’t have been smoother. The driver was friendly and even talked to us about what we were up to and had a suggestion about how he would dump it that made it easier for us. Friendly service, quality items, good prices. Love supporting a local small business!
