We are a commercial contractor, we used Brad and company to get us to a project performance deadline. I was extremely satisfied with the performance quality of work and professionalism we received. Not great...I needed clean, pulverized topsoil to regrade my yard and plant new grass seed. What I received was littered with rocks and debris, and maybe half of the 8 yards I ordered would have been acceptable. I wouldn't use again if I needed more.

Prompt service and good pricing. I have had previous loads I was happier with. This time around there was a high (25-30%) of "nugget" sized pieces, small stones and wood debris. In the past I have looked at the site of the soil prior to ordering. I didn't do that this time but would recommend if the quality, texture and consistency of the soil is important, that you do that.

Super easy to get 4 clean yards of mulch. Same day delivery. Very happy.

This company is a joke. I discussed topsoil delivery in detail with staff and set up appointment. Appointment came, no delivery. I had to call to find out I was not getting my delivery. No apology, nothing. They told me it would come the next week, again no call or notification that it would not be delivered. Had to call every day because they never bothered to keep me updated. A week later they finally said it would be delivered that day. 4pm rolls around still nothing so my husband calls and asks if he can pick it up. He drove all the way there and they told him they had no dirt. I have spent an entire week getting screwed around.
