Jobe Materials

I just called to get an estimate. Just an estimate!! The 1st lady that answered sounded mad she was working and was rude. The second one they transferred me two was short and said wrong department. The third one was nice but wrong department. The last guy that answered was like a robot and would answer if I had finally reached someone in the materials department. Would only say what do you want… What the heck type of people do yall have working here!?? I didn’t even get an estimate because of how bad this experience was just calling in!..

Excellent workers. I am very satisfied with their hard work and Cindy from their office is dedicated in helping their customers to keep them satisfied. Thank you Cindy, for your dedication. I love the work and promptness etc.... God Bless you all!

Worst costumer service only the people who handle the orders on the phone.

I called to get a quote for a 15x15 concrete job and according with them only need 3 yards. When they arrived 2 hrs late after the appointment and I completed only 12x12 and tried to BUY the missing yards but Jobe wants to charge AGAIN another $160 dlls for delivery even though they estimated incorrectly. I called their customer service team to explain that problem but not solutions.

Always come through...Henry at their office always takes good care of the customers. Helpful, informative and trustworthy. I am always satisfied with the materials that I purchase from Jobe. Everything from cement, rocks for walls and landscaping.
