We have been using RiverBend over the last few months getting lots of rock delivered to our house and we have always had excellent experiences. We recently poured a large concrete pad. When we called, Sarah was awesome and very helpful getting us a quote and answered all of our questions. It took us three days to complete our concrete pad and all of the delivery drivers we had were great! We would highly recommended them and will definitely use them again!!

I wouldn't even give them a single star, but that's the only choice. My experience with them is terrible. A loaded truck dropped some rocks while driving down the road and broke my windshield. (No big deal, it happens) I've got a witness that was in my truck with me. So he took pics and tried to get the driver to stop but he ignored us and kept driving. So we called the office and they have me the run around for over a month. No response or respect from them. So I reported them to the BBB and they even ignored them. So needless to say I'll have to pay for their mistake. Stay clear of them, they don't take responsibility for things they do. Terrible practice. PS I will spread bad reviews all over so everyone knows how they are.

This is far the best construction business in the lane county! They treat their customers like family and as if it was their own stuff they work on. I’ve been doing business with them for 23 years. They are the oldest company in lane county. They have been fixing and providing materials in the lane county for over 100 years. A very good company!

Keep clear of ES&G trucks. Had one of their trucks drive out of their yard in front of me on Delta Hwy and throw a large rock which spider cracked through both layers of glass on our windshield over 4’ long. I gave them the opportunity to fix the damage and they denied liability blaming it on ODOT sanding. If ODOT is using 1.5”-2.5” diameter rocks to sand, we are all screwed.

RiverBend did an amazing job at the work site today! I want to thank the professional people who work there. Got it done 👍 even in the rain! Awesome! 5 Stars
