Helpful and knowledgeable staff. There are new products being brought in and there are actual displays that are updated now. Store is more organized in the last six months.

The sales reps are great and very helpful. Our kitchen and bathrooms look great!

Very Helpful staff, they didn't carry what we were looking for, but they did come up with a cheaper work around that will look great

We had a kitchen installed 8 years ago and purchased (a huge order of) decora cabinets from Shelly's. We had a designer, and the whole process went well, until you have an issue. Shortly after installation we needed a few drawers readjusted, and designer came out and did not give us a permanent solution. Recently our door broke, not at the hinge, the wood cracked. I called Shelly's and the girl who answered the phone was RUDE. She said, "YOU HAVE TO CALL THE DESIGNER". Called the designer. Heard back in about two weeks. Sent man out to the house to look at the issue. He said he'd order the door. This was approximately 6 months ago, and we've heard nothing since. I'D BUY YOUR PRODUCTS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would prefer to give them 0 stars but app wont allow me to. Had the worst experience here yesterday. The manager (man) was a complete horse's ass....arrogant, unhelpful, beyond rude. The woman out front is no better...she literally turned her back on us and ignored us when we walked in the door. Keep in mind we were the only people in the place...it's not as though they were overwhelmed helping other customers! My husband and I were looking for pricing on a kitchen remidel. Shellys can kiss a generous potential sale goodbye and the people at this location can look forward to a visit from the VP Mark Francis from corporate very soon because I've spoken with him about my experience. PLEASE...do yourself a huge favor and don't even bother stopping in here.....
