Got a load of Sandy clay .good load ..got a load very sandy topsoil. Full of various debri pvc pipe, elec.wire ,20 lb.rocks clam shells small rocks .nothing i can use for landscaping can't cut grass over it..$300.00 down the drain..21 yards .l went to them ..to make it right he was going to bring 5 yards to cover it over. Two weeks ago. Haven't seen it yet.. so if you want clay go for it. Top soil ! better look somewhere else , unless you're filling in A gully wash..they didn't tell me it wasn't screened. Or that they dumped construction material in the same dirt pit.

Great place for any of you dirt needs and they also have a Landfill.
