US Rock and Redimix

I called this morning at 11:15 and ordered a ton of river rock to be delivered and the price was cheap for the rock and delivery was only 50 bucks very fair and they will have it delivered by 1 o’clock today or around 1 o’clock. I called several other places and they told me it would be next week. If you want your stuff for a fair price and delivered quickly, I would give these guys a call.

The materials and prices are resemble but the services and communication between drivers, workers, and customer are absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Promises delivery time is always hrs late and promised orders materials wasn’t available in last minutes without notifying customers. Totally not ok.

These guys are real slick, watch out they'll try and scam you out of your deposit and play stupid. Anyway they can get over on you they'll try and do it. Real friendly in person they've try to screw me on 2 occasions. This place used to be Called Kyle's and was ran by a real American with pride that's no longer the case.

They used the wrong ball size to hitch the cement trailer. It popped off the hitch while dumping damage my truck. Even on the cement trailer states the size to be used. They didn’t let me get off my truck while they hitched and still blame me for not checking. They are professionals this is why we would require their services. To do the job correctly. It hit my truck but imagine if it would of popped off while on my drive. Do not go here.

There equipment is garbage. bald tires and bad attitudes all around. Not enough employees so you have to wait forever to get what you need. They wait till your about to load a buggy to inform you that the hitch you tow backhoes with is not big enough for a little trailer with a ton of concrete. Then rent you a hitch for $12. I've been here about 15 times this summer because of a job down the street. This will be my last time. I'd rather spend the next $10k to finish the job to an company that values its customers instead of treating them like garbage. Also, my last last load was supposed to be 1.5 yards. I would be lucky if I got a yard. Goodbye forever you will not be missed.
