I’d like to high five David Oliver for being a gracious and considerate driver who delivered 6.5tons of pea gravel to our home. He went out of his way to check the surrounding for safety before unloading the gravel in our designated area. I extend the same kudos to Christian who was pleasant when answering our call and keeping me updated on our delivery ETA. Excellent overall experience with Pioneer Landscape Centers.

Not that happy. Firstly the driver seemed a bit lazy and refused to back into the yard through the gate even though there was ample space. First he said there wasn't room then when we saw there was enough space, he changed his excuse claiming he needed 4 feet on each side - which is overkill. Also in addition to the $160 delivery charge they had a $37 fuel surcharge which is clearly a cynical cash grab.

Great experience, office team was very helpful and helped me pick out the best rock for my application. Driver Mike F (truck #6095) was exceptional and placed the rock exactly where I wanted it. Couldn’t ask for more. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back!”
