DONT BUY ANY ROCK HERE THO IF YOU DO LOOK IN PILE AS I BET YOUR GOING TO HAVE MUD. AND PAY FOR IT IN MORE WAYS THAN YOU WANT. I HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME YEARS AGO AND “RIck” APOLOGIZED GAVE ME MOST MY MONEY BACK SO I WENT BACK AFTER MOVING AND GRADING THE FRONT AND SIDE OF MY PROPERTY. ORDERED 10 TON 1 INCH APACHE BROWN. WAS TOLD AND PROMISED BY “RICK” THEI WILL BE NO DIRT OR MUD I PROMISE. WELL….THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE IT WAS WORSE THAN LADT TIME. DRIVER CAME SHOWED ME ROCK LOOKED GOOD HAD CHURCH PEOPLE HERE TO SPREAD AND LEFT THEM ALINE WENT INSIDE CAME OUT FEW HRS LATER AND OMG!!!! I WAS BEYOND MYSELF. AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICTURES. I CALLED SPOKE TO “OMAR” HE HAD ME SEND PICTURES TO HIS PHONE WHICH I DID. GAVE ME FEW OPTIONS LET ME KEEP ROCK REFUND 1/2MY MONEY OR THEY WILL PICK IT ALL UP GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY. I WANTED ALL THIS MUD OFF MY PROPERTY AND IN STREET. HE SAID “I DONT BLAME YOU” WELL…DRIVER AND OTHER GUY WITH FRONT LOADER HER TUESDAY TO PICK UP “ONLY ROCK AND MUD IN STREET SAID THEIR NOT SHOVELING ROCK AND MUD OFF MY PROPERTY. THAN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF OMAR FOR 2DAYS NO REPLY ON TEXT TO HIS PHONE I THAN SAID THIS IS MY LAST TEXT AND THAN GET CALL AND HE HAS NERVE TO SAY “SORRY I WAS BUSY” NICE THING TO TELL CUSTOMER WHO YOU EXCUSE ME SCREWED TWICE. THAN WAS TOLD THAT WEIGHT FROM ROCK WAS 5 TONS NOT THE 10. WELL YES YOUR GIY SAID HE WASNT SHOVELING IT OFF WHERE SPREAD SO NOW HE IS ONLY REFUNDING THE 5 TONS. ASKED TO HAVE RICK CALL ME WELL 2 MORE DAYS STILL NO CALL FROM RICK. MAYBE HE IS BUSY LIKE OMAR WAS??? I WILL TAKE THIS TO COURT WIN OR LOSE YOU HAVE NERVE HAVING ALL THE PREVIOUS ROCK PICKED UP GRADED GROUND AND DELIVER MUD? NOT HAPPENING YOU COME GET THIS OFF MY PROPERTY GRADE MY GROUND AND REFUND ME IN FULL. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. OH AND THAN IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO CLEAN STREET FROM MUD AND MESS THE FRONT LOADER LEFT.

Found this Pioneer location very handy to Sun Lakes. Delivery got a bit mixed up, but manager rectified the situation to fit my schedule for having rock spread. Delivery driver unloaded carefully and neatly and couldn't have been nicer.

I have a pretty large home project I was doing and needed to order about 20 tons of rock. There are online pricing looked pretty high to me and when I called them, they were very helpful on the phone and willing to work on the price with me. They also let me know that they would price match. Because of this I shopped around a little bit and was able to save about $25 per ton. They honored the price and the service has been great.

My wife and I have been working on a very small cactus garden for more than two years. Shannon and Omar helped us find the right rocks to finally finish the project. When I say very small I mean “very” small. The flat rocks we chose to go on top of the river rocks created a Cairn and now we just call it our ROCK garden. The succulents are irrelevant. 🤣 Whether you need a 400 x 400 feet spread a 400 acre spread or 2‘ x 2‘ rock garden, Pioneer landscaping does an incredible job helping customers it become overwhelmed with the choices. We needed dirt and granite and Pioneer Landscape made it a simple process from start to finish. Shannon in the office was very helpful with sales and setting up delivery. Eric Clouse was our delivery driver, he was very informative and ensured our product was in the proper location for us to instal. Would definitely work with the company again!
