London Bridge Greenhouses & Nursery

I was in search of a certain plant. Not only did they have it but they looked great and the priced very nicely. Let's start though first with my experience. I was kindly greeted by 4 staff members within my first few minutes of being there. It was raining so they offered me an umbrella to use while the very nice, knowledgeable staff lady took me to the plant I was looking for. Checking out was very quick and she was very nice too. On my way out I was once again offered an umbrella for the very short walk to my car by a young man. I have not had customer service that great in years!! I called when I left and spoke to the manager on duty and told her how amazing my shopping experience was. I will not only be back but I will tell all of my friends and family to go there!! To the owner or management who will read this: keep up the fantastic work and keep the wonderful staff you have!! Wow, just wow! Thank you!!

This place is huge!! All the plants that are hard to find they have rooms full and so many different colors available. Can't beat their prices and I must say I wish I got his name but there's a staff member in the garden area, spoke to him a few times while I was shopping. Very friendly, super handsome, wish he was a bulb... I'd plant him in between my tulips 😅🤤

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; however, the prices for the exact same things you can find at Home Depot are outlandish. For example, the exact bag of lime you can find at Home Depot is $5 compared to $23 at this garden center. When I brought it back to be returned, there was no conversation of price matching or any surprise at all. Why would an exact same bag of lime be overcharged by $17? Moral of the story: price check before coming here.

They have a great selection of plants. Bought 3 about a month ago, and they're still alive and happy and healthy looking. Which is pretty good for me🙃

If you are black don't shop at this place. There was a white girl there who was acting like a Karen. She was helping my dad pick flowers then as she was going to another area to show him more flowers she gone tell him to leave his wagon in another area so he did. Then someone came and took the wagon and then everybody gone act like they don't know what happened to the wagon. Then she was like yall act like this was my fault and I said it was your fault cause you told him to leave the wagon and she said yes I told him to leave the wagon and then she gone start walking away talking about y'all not gone disrespect me and nobody had disrespected her the only thing we said to her was you told him to leave his wagon and you just don't won't to take accountability for your actions and she kept walking then the other workers got on the speaker and started calling someone name Dave talking about Dave Dave to the front please. It was just a horrible experience please don't ever shop at this place if your black and even if you not just don't shop there it is not a good place like some people make it seem.
